What to Expect During Bicycle Service

Your visit starts with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. This helps separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance before any work is approved.

Common services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed.

Inspection-first repairs with clear next steps

From intake to final collection, each step is handled with practical checks and straightforward communication.

For larger mechanical overhauls, the workshop uses a custom quote based on component condition and the scope of work. A deposit may be requested before repairs begin, and timing depends on the condition of the bicycle and parts availability.

After repair and adjustment, each bicycle goes through a quality check and a post-service function check. When the work is complete, you receive a service summary that explains what was done and what was inspected.
